You are responsible for ensuring that your use of RealPay complies with local, state, national, and international laws.

8. No Warranties

RealPay provides services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no guarantees regarding platform uptime, results, or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

• RealPay is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the total amount paid by you to RealPay in the past six (6) months.

10. Changes to the Agreement

RealPay may modify this User Agreement at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of the platform means you accept the revised terms.
